REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
SERVICES AND PAYMENT
While utilizing any of the payment methods available on the Website, Screenwriters Rights Association of India or SRAI does not assume responsibility or liability whatsoever, in respect of any loss or damage that may arise directly or indirectly to the User due to:​

Lack of authorization for any transaction/s, or
-
Exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed by the User and his/ her "Bank/s", or
-
Any payment issues arising out of the transaction, or
-
Decline of transaction for any other reason/s.​

​All payments made against the services on Website by the User shall only be accepted in Indian Rupees only.
While registering for membership, the user agrees to provide valid details as per their government-authorized ID card. Additionally, when registering written or produced work, the user must provide valid proof of authorship or ownership.
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
If a member wishes to terminate/cancel their membership then the membership fees paid at the time of admission will not be refunded as per the T & C clauses mentioned at the time of seeking membership.
